研发中心以“三条核心试验线+多层共挤工艺”为核心构建技术路线，形成覆盖“材料改性-膜材成型-精准检测”的全流程中试技术体系：

造粒改性试验线：聚焦功能性膜材原料预处理，通过配方调试实现材料性能定制（如耐高温、导电改性等），为后续成型提供适配原料；

吹膜试验线：针对宽幅功能性膜材，满足膜材复合性能需求；

流延试验线：采用多层共挤工艺实现不同功能层同步成型，流延成型保障膜材厚度均匀性，全流程贯穿先进多层共挤生产工艺，实现“改性-成型-后处理”工序衔接，支撑多类型功能性膜材中试研发与批量试产。

进口吹膜生产线

支持宽幅0.9-1.4m 以内功能性膜材连续生产，配备多层共挤模头，各层材料配比控制精度 ±2%，膜材厚度偏差≤5μm。

International First-Class Functional Film R&D Center

The R&D center establishes its technological roadmap centered on the "three core pilot lines + multi-layer co-extrusion process," forming a comprehensive pilot-scale technology system covering the entire process from "material modification – film forming – precision testing":

Granulation & Modification Pilot Line: Focuses on the pretreatment of functional film raw materials, enabling material property customization (such as high-temperature resistance, conductive modification, etc.) through formula adjustments, providing suitable materials for subsequent forming processes.

Blown Film Pilot Line: Targets wide-width functional films, meeting the composite performance requirements of the films.

Cast Film Pilot Line: Utilizes the multi-layer co-extrusion process to achieve synchronous forming of different functional layers. The casting process ensures uniform film thickness. The entire process integrates advanced multi-layer co-extrusion production technology, achieving seamless workflow衔接 from "modification – forming – post-treatment," supporting the pilot-scale R&D and batch trial production of various functional films.
